Refund & Credits Policy

This Refund & Credits Policy explains how credit purchases and refunds are handled on RefVerify, operated by Shajins Group LLC (a limited liability company registered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States).

All credit pack purchases on RefVerify are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Credits do not expire. They remain associated with your account until they are consumed by a verification job or until the account is closed.

3. Credit Restoration for System Errors

If a verifiable system error or failure on RefVerify’s part causes one or more credits to be incorrectly consumed — for example, a server-side crash, infrastructure outage, or bug that deducts credits without producing a usable result — affected users will have the impacted credits restored to their account.

Credit restoration is the only form of remedy offered for billing or consumption issues. It is not a cash refund and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. How to Request Credit Restoration

If you believe credits were incorrectly consumed due to a system error on our side, contact us within 30 days of the incident at support@refverify.com and include:

5. Sole Discretion

Shajins Group LLC reserves the right, in its sole and reasonable discretion, to determine whether a reported issue qualifies as a system error eligible for credit restoration. The fact that a particular verification result did not match your expectation does not by itself constitute a system error.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute through your bank or card issuer in lieu of contacting support may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination without credit restoration.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. Where local law requires a refund (for example, certain consumer-protection statutes), we will honor those requirements to the extent legally required.

8. Governing Law

This Refund & Credits Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
