This Cookie Policy explains how RefVerify, operated by Shajins Group LLC (a limited liability company registered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States), uses cookies and similar technologies on https://refverify.com/.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the websites you visit. They are widely used to make sites work and to remember information about you between requests — for example, that you are signed in.

2. Cookies We Use

RefVerify uses only essential cookies:

• Session cookie — a single first-party cookie used to keep you signed in for the duration of your session and to associate your verification activity with your account. Without it, the Service cannot function.

We do not use:

• Tracking or behavioral-profiling cookies.
• Advertising or retargeting cookies.
• Third-party analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no equivalent).
• Cross-site tracking pixels.

3. Third-Party Cookies on Specific Pages

Two of our service providers may set their own cookies on specific pages, strictly for security and payment functionality:

• Cloudflare — provides DNS, CDN, and edge security for refverify.com. Cloudflare may set security cookies (for example, to support bot-protection challenges) where it determines they are necessary to protect the Service from abuse. See Cloudflare’s Cookie Policy.
• Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe may set cookies only on the payment-flow pages (its hosted checkout) for fraud prevention and to operate the payment session. See Stripe’s Cookie Policy.

4. Why No Cookie Consent Banner

Because RefVerify does not use any non-essential cookies (no advertising, no behavioral tracking, no third-party analytics on the main site), no opt-in cookie consent banner is shown. Essential cookies and third-party security/payment cookies described above are permitted under most cookie laws on a legitimate-interest or strict-necessity basis.

If your jurisdiction grants you the right to refuse essential cookies, you can do so via your browser settings — see below — with the understanding that the Service will not function without them.

5. Managing or Clearing Cookies

You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Common references:

• Safari: Settings → Privacy
• Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Note that clearing cookies will sign you out of RefVerify and you will need to log in again to access your account, history, or credit balance.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. If we begin using non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, request your consent before doing so.

7. Governing Law

This Cookie Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
